Pantone's Spring/Summer 2026 Palette

The Season's Hottest Colors and the Alterre Shoes to Match

Each season, Pantone unveils the colors set to define the runways of New York Fashion Week. For the Spring/Summer 2026 collections, Pantone described the palette as "a mix of divergent colors to unleash individual expression". Put simply, the runways captured a celebration of creativity, personality, and playful self-styling.

Coincidentally, many of the standout shades highlighted across the season's shows can already be found throughout the Alterre collection. Pantone identified ten key colors for the season, alongside six timeless neutrals that serve as the foundation of fashion as we move seamlessly between seasons.

For those who love embracing the colors of the moment while maintaining the individuality that makes their style their own, these Alterre looks are for you.

Lava Falls - Clay Croc V Mule

Lava Falls, one of the hottest colors spotted on the Spring/Summer 2026 New York Fashion Week runways, happens to pair perfectly with our Clay Croc V Mule. This dramatic red, said to evoke passion, is a rich and vibrant shade that feels worlds away from a traditional cherry or crimson red. Lava Falls exudes confidence and bold energy, making it the perfect choice for those who dress for themselves and aren't afraid to make a statement. For a more monochromatic styling approach, pair the Clay Croc V Mule with muted violets that highlight the color's subtle purple undertones, or with peachy and warm brown-toned oranges for a sophisticated tonal look. If you're after something more daring, saturated blues and vibrant yellows create striking contrast and make this fiery red truly pop. For a softer, more grounded palette, earthy neutrals such as olive and camel complement Lava Falls beautifully while allowing the color to remain the focal point of the outfit.

Acacia & Dusty Rose - Painted Python Pointed Loafer

With their multi-colored, almost holographic rainbow finish, our Painted Python Loafers capture two of Pantone's standout shades for the Spring/Summer 2026 season: Acacia and Dusty Rose, both named among the top ten colors defining the fashion landscape this year. Acacia, a vibrant greeny yellow, delivers the perfect pop of color, while Dusty Rose brings a softer touch with its blushing, romantic femininity. Together, these shades create a playful yet sophisticated palette that feels both expressive and surprisingly versatile. The result is a statement shoe that pairs effortlessly with just about anything. Style them with looks centered around Acacia-inspired yellows or Dusty Rose pinks, and you'll have one of the most fashion-forward ensembles of the Summer 2026 season.

Angora - Rafia Wave Sandal

Nothing says effortless neutral quite like this season's standout shade, Angora. Luckily for us, our new Raffia Wave Sandal is an almost perfect match for this coveted beige tone. This silky, slightly brown-leaning beige is one of Pantone's transseasonal colors for Spring/Summer 2026. A timeless shade designed to carry seamlessly from one season to the next. Elegant and endlessly versatile, Angora provides the perfect foundation for both minimalist and statement styling. For a monochromatic look, pair your Angora-toned sandals with sand and camel hues that complement the creamy beige without blending in completely. If you're looking for contrast, deep navy blues make the neutral pop beautifully, while royal purple offers a more unexpected and fashion-forward pairing. For an earthy, nature-inspired palette, muted greens and rich chocolate browns pair effortlessly with Angora's warm undertones, creating a look that feels both grounded and sophisticated.

Sycamore - Groovy Green Point Slide

Sycamore, one of Pantone's transseasonal shades for 2026, is a deep forest green said to evoke feelings of fortitude and elegance. Rich and grounding, this versatile hue carries the lush energy of tropical jungles while also feeling perfectly at home among the cozy palettes of winter holidays, making it a color that transcends seasons. The best part? Our Groovy Green Point Slide happens to match the shade perfectly. For monochromatic styling, pair this statement green with softer sage and moss tones to create depth while maintaining a cohesive palette. If you're after a high-contrast look, rich purples sit beautifully opposite Sycamore and create a striking, fashion-forward combination. For a more muted yet sophisticated contrast, look to earthy browns, deep evening blues, or warm mustard tones. These shades complement Sycamore's richness while enhancing its natural, elegant character.

Marina - Tidal Blue V-Slide

With the vibrant deadstock fabric that makes up our Tidal Blue V Slide, inspired by the sea itself, we weren't surprised to discover that many of its hues align beautifully with one of the season's standout colors: Marina Blue. This maritime-inspired shade captures all the nautical energy of summer and reflects the coastal blue trend that has swept through the Spring/Summer 2026 fashion scene. Fresh, timeless, and effortlessly chic, Marina Blue feels right at home both on the shoreline and in the city. For a monochromatic look, style your Tidal Blue V Slides with pieces in sky blue, powder blue, or soft grey-blue tones to create an airy, tonal palette. If you're looking for contrast, amber gold, vibrant orange, and coral hues beautifully complement the blue and make the colors of the shoe truly stand out. For a more understated, nature-inspired look that leans into the cool sea-breeze feel of the color palette and deadstock print, pair Marina Blue with deep navy tones or light neutrals for an effortlessly elevated finish.
