A little fact about me, Harmony, I’m obsessed with all things trend-related. Before starting Alterre, my career was solidly heading down a path of trend research & forecasting within the fashion industry.  So, without much ado,  here are three of my favorite trends this fall. Mary Janes

The RW23 runway shows were covered in Mary Jane-inspired footwear.  In my opinion, this is the biggest trend of the season and can be seen across age groups in various styles.  For someone looking to wear this to work, I’d recommend pairing a mid-heel version with your favorite trousers or a knee length dress.

Pointed low heels

The pointed low heels are back with a vengeance! We're seeing them all over the place and in many variations like ballets, loafers, and mules.  We consider this style versatile for dressing up or down and can be worn with nearly anything.   Our newest pointed loafer is perfect for hopping on this trend in either black or patent python.

Bow Embellishments

Romance is in the air with major household brands like Chanel and Anna Sui embracing the bows on shoes. We love how the right embellishments can add immediate personality to an outfit.
