Best advice you’ve received during your career journey?
The best advice I’ve received is to always remember who you are at your core, and stay rooted in that as a compass. When things get tough or you need clarity on your growth, come back to that and let it be the north star.
Heels or flats?
I’ll always love an elegant heel, but these days you’ll find me in flats more often than not. Comfort is queen when I’m on the go, and Alterre’s versatile shoes strike the perfect balance between chic, practical, and empowering.

What’s your guilty pleasure?
My guilty pleasure? Goodfellas pizza and a side of garlic knots from Brooklyn. That, plus a Bravo reality TV marathon, is my ultimate comfort night. I’ve also been known to indulge in ice cream on a hot summer day, it’s the little things.
What’s your secret weapon?
Knowing who I am. I always remind myself that no one else can bring my unique voice and perspective to the table. When you lean into your own strengths, confidence naturally follows.
Any advice for the next generation of boss ladies?
Know who you are. Life’s journey is uniquely yours, so don’t be afraid to go against the grain and carve your own path. Don’t try to be everything at once, focus on the things that bring you joy and the rest will fall into place. Surround yourself with people who believe in you and push you forward. That’s how you grow.
