What’s your daily or life mantra?
Be kind. Even when you don’t have to be. You never know what someone else is carrying.
Best advice you received during your career journey?
Always stay curious and keep learning. Some of the greatest mentors I’ve had were the ones who asked the most questions and never assumed they knew everything. That mindset has stayed with me.
Heels or flats?
Flats, unless it’s a heel under 2 inches.
What women in history would you invite for an intimate dinner party?
Florence Nightingale, Lucille Ball, Queen Elizabeth II, Princess Diana, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg. I’d love a conversation that spans compassion, leadership, humor, resilience, and legacy.
What’s your guilty pleasure?
Chicken wings.
What’s your secret weapon?
The ability to truly listen; not just to respond, but to understand. It’s one of the most powerful ways to connect with people.
Any advice for the next generation of boss ladies?
Be grounded in who you are and what you value. Advocate for what you believe in. Lead with kindness and compassion, they are strengths, not weaknesses. And remember that success doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s version but your own.
