We will accept any unworn items fully packaged within 30 days of your order date unless it is a sale item. All "sale" and "clearance" items are final sale. We do not offer returns on gift cards.

They didn’t have the gold strap I wanted in stock and diligently reached out to me to find out what I would like instead. These shoes are comfortable, and feel very secure on my feet with and without the strap.
